Lynne has been a dedicated high school teacher at Casa Grande High School in Petaluma, California for the last 24 years. Lynne was named the first Teacher of the Month from the Sonoma County Office of Education in 2018. Lynne Moquete is the Founder of Una Vida, a non-profit that allows participants to live with host families in her Peace Corps village of about 240 people on the border of Haiti.  She teaches her students the importance of giving back, even if you’re underprivileged. Lynne’s mission is to help others see their potential and show them the valuable impact giving back can have on one’s well being. Lynne loves teaching and students - and believes, with her whole heart, that we all have something to give.
