Most supplies are provided by the teacher. You will receive a welcome letter with your teacher assignment the week school starts (more info to come). Some teachers will list some recommended supplies for your student and/or the classroom. For the first day, please make sure your student(s) arrive with a backpack, snack, school lunch (unless they will be receiving hot lunch), and a change of clothes*.

*We ask that all students - regardless of age - bring a change of clothes for all types of accidents that may occur at school.

The office will be open the week of July 15th (exact date/time TBD). Please note: you MUST complete data confirmation before receiving your assignment and teacher letter. Data confirmation will open on Tuesday, July 9th, for year round schools.

Prior to data confirmation opening on July 9th, Aeries Parent Portal accounts will be created for all families new to the district. Please look for an email from donotreply@petk12.org with a subject line "Important Message from Petaluma City Schools". If you already have a student in the district and have a new student entering, please check for an email stating "Aeries Parent Portal Account Modified". You will be able to complete data confirmation for all of your students.
