Tech Help for PHS Students

Tech Support
Students and families can receive technology support for PCS issued iPads and Chromebooks by sending an email to helpdesk@petk12.org. Please include the following:

  • Student’s full name
  • Student ID number
  • School
  • Preferred contact information
  • A thorough description of the issue

A representative from the PCS Technology department will make contact and attempt to resolve the issue remotely. If PCS Technology determines that the device needs to be swapped out, they will provide instructions for dropoff/pickup.

In-Person Tech Support
Technology Support for students will be available with the following schedule in the SAC:

  • Monday 12:15 to 1:15
  • Wednesday 2:10 to 3:10
  • Friday 12:15 to 1:15
