RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF PETALUMA CITY (ELEMENTARY) AND PETALUMA JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICTS (“PETALUMA CITY SCHOOLS”), REGARDING TO AUTHORIZE DESIGNATED PERSONNEL TO SIGN CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT DOCUMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025

WHEREAS, this resolution must be adopted in order to certify the approval of the Governing Board to enter into contracts and agreements and authorize the designated personnel to sign contract and agreement documents for Fiscal year 2024-2025;

BE IT RESOLVED that the Governing Board of the Petaluma City (Elementary) and Petaluma Joint Union High School Districts authorize the persons who are listed below to sign contracts and agreements for the Governing Board:
