Petaluma City Schools ranks in the 99th (grades 7-8) and 95th (grades 9-12) percentiles in creating a positive safe school culture and climate when ranked against other schools in California (Source: Healthy Kids Survey). As part of our family, students are immersed in a positive school culture that will enhance their development.

High Graduation Rates

Our 95% graduation rate is the highest in Sonoma County and one of the highest in the state. Graduates from Petaluma City Schools are accepted to schools throughout the nation, both public and private. Popular student destinations include UCLA, Stanford, University of California Berkeley, Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, University of California Davis, and Sonoma State University.
