As of July 1, 2022, all meeting minutes and agendas are available via GAMUT. Meeting minutes and agendas prior to that date are available to view on Agenda Online here.

New agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the next scheduled meeting. Documents and materials relating to an open session agenda item, which are provided to the Board less than 72 hours prior to a regular meeting, will be available for public inspection and copying at the PCS District Office Administration building, 200 Douglas St., Petaluma, CA 94952.

Individuals who require disability-related accommodations or modifications, including auxiliary aids and services, should notify the Superintendent’s office at (707) 778-4604 least 48 hours prior to the meeting. All efforts will be made for reasonable accommodations. Wheelchair access is provided. 

The Petaluma City Schools Board of Education holds regularly scheduled meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the District Office, located at 200 Douglas St., Petaluma. There is only one meeting scheduled during the months of July, August, November, December, and March due to summer break, spring break, and holiday months.
