Resolution 2324-41

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF PETALUMA CITY ELEMENTARY AND PETALUMA JOINT UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICTS (“PETALUMA CITY SCHOOLS”), Dual Language Immersion Academy Charter School

WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the Petaluma City School District desires to establish a separate fund for the Dual Language Immersion Academy Charter School account for the purpose of tracking charter school funds separately; and

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Petaluma City (Elementary) and Petaluma Joint Union High School Districts Board of Education does hereby adopt to establish a Dual Language Immersion Academy Charter Account Fund 02

The foregoing resolution was introduced by Board Member Cloud who moved its adoption, seconded by Member Paun, and adopted by the following vote:

WHEREUPON, the President declared the above resolution adopted and SO ORDERED this 14 day of May 2024.
