School Schedule

Hours That We Are Open 

Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception that we are closed for staff meetings every Tuesday from 10:30 am to 12:30. Students cannot be left unsupervised in Building #1 while we are all in Building #2 during our staff meeting.  The main office next door at San Antonio HS, where our principal, assistant principal, senior secretary, and counselor offices are, has an atrium with chairs and this area can be a resource during our staff meeting if there is an emergency.

Our Valley Oaks School secretary, Susan Cook, is scheduled to be here Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. She may periodically be off-campus during this time for school business. 

The teachers are available to handle some office needs when our VOS secretary, Susan, is not on campus.

Susan will sometimes be here on staff development days and teacher workdays/weeks unless there is an unforeseen circumstance. 

Teachers may be available any day between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM but each teacher has a different schedule. Please click here to see our staff directory for individual teachers' schedules.

Schedule of Teacher-Led Groups 

English & Math Groups happen every day.

PE:  2:15 - 4:15 on every other Wednesday.  See this website's VOS Calendar for dates.

Human Interactions:  10-11:15 on Wednesdays

My 10 Year Plan:  10-11:15 on Fridays

Science Labs:  10:45-12:45 with a 30 min. group tutorial time from 12:45 - 1:15 on Mondays
